Tom Schoaf was admitted to Arizona Bar in 1976. He graduated from the Notre Dame Law School, summa cum laude, where he was a editor on the Notre Dame Law Review. Tom specializes in advising individuals on business and personal issues including establishing business entities, negotiating and drafting contracts, business litigation, estate planning including drafting wills and trusts and probate matters.
